Core C: Statistics
Core C, or the Statistics Core, provides targeted research support in study design and data analysis. Each CounterACT project is assigned a primary faculty statistician and analyst to ensure rigorous experimental design, data collection, data analysis, and reporting of results. A priority of Core C is establishing data standards and data storage to facilitate efficient research collaboration, data sharing and reproducibility of research results. The core contributes to the education mission of the CounterACT Center by training investigators, research staff and students in study design and statistical methods tailored to CounterACT scientific objectives. This begins with investigators using an experimental design planning template provided by Core C.
