We train up-and-coming researchers to facilitate interdisciplinary team-based research related to chemical threat agents.

We offer workshops, seminars, meetings, and hands-on training in basic and translational sciences, including:

  • toxicology
  • pharmacology
  • drug discovery
  • imaging
  • neuroscience
  • statistics
  • neurological disorders

Our undergraduate and graduate researchers come from a variety of UC Davis programs, including Pharmacology and Toxicology, Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, and Integrative Pathobiology. Postdocs and early stage investigators new to medical countermeasures and chemical threat agent research are encouraged to apply for the Center's Pilot Project Program Award.
